The Showroom at Basic City Beer Co is located in the late 1800's farmhouse on BCBC Campus. We have created a venue that showcases a balance of history & contemporary. Using age old techniques such as smoking, brining, pickling, fermenting for our Sandwiches. The old-world tavern ambiance is layered with a new world vibe to create an 'elevated' experience - (it is on the hill)- of Basic City Beer Co's culture & lore. Showcasing craft cocktails while offering Wine & Cider and; of course, BCBC draft Beer.
